January 23, 2016

FB_IMG_1450217097031 On the 11th November,2015 students of the secondary school dressed in various cultural outfits representing the four major tribes in the country which includes, the HAUSAS, YORUBAS, IGBOS and the NIGER-DELTA(UROBHO). It was indeed a wonderful experience having to see students dressed in attires emphasizing and detailing the identity of the ethnics they represent. The event which was anchored by the Vice-Principal of the school, Mr. Abolarin was an appetising one had students ”wet the tongues” of the audience with breath-taking performances which made parents and guests who were invited captivated and glued to their sits.
Though the event has come and go, but the special moments would forever linger in our minds ranging from the nicely cooked meals by the parents, fashion parade, dance drama, choreography and the ethnic speeches given by the parents.
Here are some excerpts from the event..
